    Owner, Project Manager

    With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Taylor brings technical precision and a keen eye for structural integrity to every Shelden Custom Homes project. He is a constant presence on the job site, strategizing daily with our team of elite subcontractors to ensure our high-alpine standards are met. By bridging the gap between complex engineering and seamless project management, he ensures the building process is as refined as the finished home.

    Founder

    With four decades of expertise in the home building industry and 28 years dedicated to Summit County, Kevin remains an invaluable pillar of Shelden Custom Homes. Kevin continues to enjoy consulting on Shelden Custom Home Projects and even occasionally makes a guest appearance at the jobsite.

    Marketing & Operations Manager

    Courtney serves as the bridge between Shelden Custom Homes’ high-alpine craftsmanship and the seamless experience of our clients. She ensures that the precision found on our job sites is mirrored in our business processes and brand presence.

    Land Acquisition

    A Breckenridge resident and broker associate since 1993, Stacy understands that buying land and building a home is one of life's most significant ventures.  With an extensive understanding of the Summit County area infused with industry-leading knowledge, Stacy instills confidence in the complexity of each real estate transaction.
