Shelden Custom Homes limits its project load to 1-2 projects at a time. This allows our clients to be in direct contact with our team throughout the entirety of the project. You’ll find our team on the job site daily working closely with contractors to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Taylor Shelden, EIT - Owner
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Taylor brings a keen eye for structural integrity and project planning to Shelden Custom Homes. You can find Taylor on the job site daily strategizing and consulting with contractors. Prior to joining Shelden Custom Homes, Taylor spent 10 years racing as a professional road cyclist.
Kevin Shelden - Founder
With close to 40 years in the home building industry and 28 years building in Summit County, Kevin brings an abundance of experience to all Shelden Custom Homes projects. As a licensed General Contractor, Kevin has experience in numerous design styles, including traditional mountain rustic, modern-mountain, Victorian homes within the historic district, and remodel projects large & small. He brings an eye for unique design and material, while never sacrificing the quality of a build.
